TikTok Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Intern for the Global Business Solutions (GBS) team in Singapore. You will work on data-driven projects, building dashboards and insights to support decision making across media, ecommerce, and advertising initiatives.

As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to impactful short-term projects. Rolling applications and ASAP start are typical.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, data science, economics, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience or interest in data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Eager to learn and comfortable working with large data sets and multiple stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks.

About the team TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results. Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.

You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

• Analyze business, media, and e-commerce performance data to extract insights across all products, providing support for strategic decision-making reviews & reporting.
• Utilize fundamental tools such as Excel, as well as business intelligence platforms like Looker Studio, and Power BI, to create and maintain data dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media and e-commerce departments, to identify data requirements and regularly deliver performance analysis results.
• Identify repetitive and manual data tasks, drive process automation, and optimize data processing workflows.
• Conduct data quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
• Build and maintain scalable, user-friendly data tools and templates (such as reports, trackers, evaluation benchmarks, etc.) to empower the team to respond efficiently to client needs.
• Co-drive strategic project(s) that lead to business impact.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate in business, data science, economics, statistics, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience or strong interest in data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Eager to learn and comfortable working with large data sets and multiple stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages is a plus.
• Interest in media, e-commerce, or digital platforms is a bonus.
• 6-month commitment, attend 3-5 days/week (including Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday), join ASAP.
