Responsibilities

• Support Application Technologists in prototype development and tasks including formula compounding and sample preparation.
• Maintain and manage inventory of laboratory flavors and raw materials to ensure stock rotation and timely reordering.
• Organize and manage the seasoning and flavor library and related toolkits for easy accessibility.
• Ensure consistent supply of PPE and laboratory consumables; maintain lab cleanliness and safety.
