Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Lab Technician to support flavour development and quality control in our Singapore facility. You will weigh and verify materials, prepare flavour samples, and maintain inventory while ensuring safety and cleanliness in the lab.

The role requires a NITEC or Diploma qualification, strong attention to detail, and comfort with hands-on lab work. Prior lab experience is an advantage; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with hands-on laboratory tasks and handling materials.
• Able to follow formulas, instructions and safety procedures carefully.

Responsibilities

• Compound flavour samples according to approved formulas and instructions.
• Accurately weigh and verify materials, batch numbers and quantities.
• Maintain flavour sample inventory and assist with material replenishment.
• Clean and maintain laboratory equipment, glassware and work areas.
• Ensure materials are stored correctly and maintain good laboratory housekeeping.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures, SOPs and quality requirements.
• Assist with other laboratory duties as assigned.
