Qualifications

Min 2-3 years’ experience in semiconductor capacity planning (IE) or strategic planning.
Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in AI-enabled analytics and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power BI AI capabilities, Python-based analytics).
Ability to apply AI and IE methodologies to optimize loading strategies and capital allocation.
Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions to improve forecast accuracy and planning processes.
Strong data validation, reporting skills, and ability to map conclusions to decisions.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Excel and SharePoint; dashboards/reports in Tableau and Power BI; Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with IE, SIC, NPI, and Finance to align fab loading and capex plans.
Analyze scenarios for optimization of loading, capital efficiency, and MOI.
Develop data-driven recommendations for executive decisions.
Coordinate with stakeholders to update parameters for quarterly business plan study.
Create and maintain satellite dashboards and automated data visualizations.
