Job summary

You will partner with Fab, Manufacturing Central, Global Procurement, and Finance to ensure capacity analyses and capital projects meet timing and scope. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and proven experience in frontend semiconductor planning, with proficiency in planning tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven ability in semiconductor planning and leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide capacity analysis for strategic options feeding monthly S&OP scenarios.
• Maintain visibility into Micron Capital Budget and saving projects (biweekly/monthly).
• Drive business plan process improvements and SRx scenario studies.
• Lead Greenfield planning and site Capex management with forecasting accuracy.
• Ensure training and development within the team and align resources to business goals.
