Job summary

OP RaaS seeks an experienced SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) consultant in Singapore to lead the design, configuration and implementation of SAP TRM and Cash Management solutions for a global manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with business teams to capture requirements, drive process improvements, and ensure compliant controls.

A strong track record in leadership, analytics, and communication is required, with 10 years of SAP Treasury experience and multiple end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounts, Treasury or related field.
• CMA or equivalent professional degree is highly valued.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
• 10 years of experience with SAP Treasury (TMS, FSCM Treasury & Risk Management, Cash Management, BCM).

Responsibilities

• Design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) and Cash Management solutions.

• Identify and drive process improvements impacting global stakeholders.
• Analyze and provide functional support for reports, interfaces, and enhancements; review ABAP specs.
• Manage configuration of SAP and integration with other SAP modules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues in SAP.
• Review documentation such as blueprints and process flows for SAP projects.
• Ensure treasury processes comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Position Responsibilities

• Design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) and Cash Management solutions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project objectives.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand business requirements and oversee solutions in the SAP system.
• Identify and drive process improvements impacting global stakeholders.
• Analyze and provide functional support for reports, interfaces, and enhancements. Review design documents and detailed specifications for Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP).
• Manage configuration of SAP and Integration with other SAP Modules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team members to resolve issues and provide solutions in SAP.
• Review Documentation like a Business blueprint, process flows, user manuals, etc.,
• Ensure all treasury and risk management processes comply with internal controls, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required, and a major in Finance, Accounts, Treasury or a related field.
• Certified management accountant (CMA) or equivalent professional degree is highly valued.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
• Previous business/ manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• 10 years of experience with SAP Treasury (TMS, FSCM Treasury & Risk Management, Cash Management, BCM) with at least three end-to-end implementation projects is required. An understanding of accounting business processes is required.
• Must possess excellent knowledge in the following areas:
• SAP TRM
• Money Markets
• Foreign Exchange
• Commodities
• Securities
• Loans Management
• Cash & Liquidity Management
• In-House Cash (IHC)
• Integration between SAP TRM and other modules like FI/CO, MM, and external banking interfaces
• Bank Accounting
• Good knowledge of Fiori Apps.
• Good understanding of CDS view in S/4 Hana.
• Strong skills in Excel (able to perform all basic functions such as Pivots, V-lookup, and formulas) are required.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment is required.
• Excellent Leadership, verbal, and written communication skills, including presentation skills are required.
• Experience in coaching or mentoring consultants and proven ability to successfully manage conflict.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements like IFRS or SOX compliance.
