Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa is seeking an experienced Treasury Operations professional to manage daily cash management, bank accounts, and intercompany fund placements in Singapore. You will support trade finance, initiate fund transfers, and assist in month-end reporting and system projects.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and proficiency in MS Office and treasury systems are essential for this role. Experience in Bloomberg, PeopleSoft, and SAP is advantageous; degree in Business or

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Meticulous with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 4+ years’ experience in treasury operations (banking or non-banking).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Familiar with Bloomberg access and usage.
• Experience in PeopleSoft and SAP systems will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash management and placement of excess funds to enhance returns
• Preparation of treasury reports and reconciliation on cash balances, bank accounts, guarantees and others
• Opening and maintenance of bank accounts and electronic banking facilities and bank related matters such as bank fees, and KYC related enquiries
• Support trade finance related matters such as Banker’s Guarantee issuance
• Initiate, review and monitor funds transfer requests
• Assist in month end reporting on treasury reports and preparation of journals for intercompany funds placements, loan documentation and other ad-hoc projects
• Assist in projects such as system migration and UAT testing
