Job summary

KPMG seeks an SAP Techno-Functional Solution Architect to lead end-to-end SAP architecture and delivery across large-scale transformations in Singapore. You will own the SAP roadmap for S/4HANA, oversee BASIS operations, and guide ABAP developments, interfaces, and integrations.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and C-suite stakeholders is essential for successful outcomes. The role requires deep SAP expertise, strong governance, and ability to drive solutions from concept to deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of 10 to 15 years in SAP solution architecture and delivery leadership roles.
• Strong techno-functional expertise across SAP S/4HANA and key business process domains.
• Deep understanding of SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Fiori, APIs, data migration, security, and extensibility frameworks.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP solution architecture for large-scale business transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage C-suite and senior business leaders.
• Strong program delivery, risk management, and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP solution architecture for large-scale business transformation and ERP modernization initiatives.
• Define and own SAP technical architecture and roadmap for S/4HANA landscapes aligned with business strategies.
• Lead SAP BASIS activities including installations, upgrades, migrations, system refreshes, performance tuning, and security.
• Provide technical leadership for ABAP developments, enhancements, interfaces, reports, workflows, and integrations.
• Provide techno-functional leadership across core business processes such as P2P and O2C.
• Lead architecture governance, design reviews, risk management, integration approaches, and solution quality assurance.
• Present architecture recommendations and transformation strategies to senior executives and steering committees.
• Support business development activities including solutioning, proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Mentor BASIS and ABAP teams and ensure quality delivery.

KPMG has a strong SAP Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives enabled by SAP solutions. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking an SAP Techo-Functional Solution Architect to join our team. You are expected to lead business transformation, own the end-to-end solution architecture, and govern delivery. You will be responsible for overseeing complex SAP projects across multiple industries and cloud migration.

Position is based in Singapore.
