Job summary

KPMG SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an SAP Techno-Functional Architect to lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions to meet client needs.

You will translate business requirements into technical SAP solutions and oversee S/4HANA landscapes across environments. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in SAP solution architecture, strong SAP Basis and HANA expertise, and hands-on experience with SAP BTP services and Migration Cockpit.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of SAP solution architect experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong experience in SAP Basis administration for SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on SAP HANA administration and performance management.
• Experience with SAP BTP services including Integration Suite, Cloud Connector, HANA Cloud, IAS, and IPS.
• Experience in SAP data migration projects using SAP Migration Cockpit and related ETL tools.
• Knowledge of SAP landscape design, transport management, and environment governance.
• Understanding of SAP security, authentication, and authorization concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and administer SAP S/4HANA landscapes across environments.
• Perform system installations, upgrades, kernel patches, system copies, refreshes, and maintenance.
• Manage SAP HANA database administration, monitoring, and backups.
• Configure and administer SAP BTP services and environments.
• Set up SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Connector, HANA Cloud, IAS/IPS, API Management, and related BTP services.
• Establish secure connectivity between SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud solutions, and third-party apps.
• Support development, deployment, and lifecycle management of cloud-based extensions and apps.
• Define and execute data migration strategy for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Coordinate data extraction, profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Manage migration execution using SAP Migration Cockpit and other tools.
• Work with stakeholders on source-to-target mapping; plan mock migrations and production loads.

KPMG has a strong SAP Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives enabled by SAP solutions. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking a SAP Techno-Functional Architect with deep experience in Basis, BTP and Data to join our team. You are responsible to be leading the design and implementation of SAP solutions to meet the client's business needs. You will be expected to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP technologies. This position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and administer SAP S/4HANA landscapes across Development, Quality, Pre-Production, and Production environments
• Perform system installations, upgrades, kernel patches, system copies, refreshes, and technical maintenance activities
• Manage SAP HANA database administration, monitoring, performance tuning, backup, and recovery activities
• Configure and administer SAP Business Technology Platform services and environments
• Set up and maintain SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Connector, HANA Cloud, IAS/IPS, API Management, and related BTP services
• Establish secure connectivity between SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud solutions, and third-party applications
• Support development, deployment, and lifecycle management of cloud-based extensions and applications
• Define and execute the overall data migration strategy for SAP S/4HANA implementation
• Coordinate data extraction, profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities
• Manage migration execution using SAP Migration Cockpit and other approved migration tools
• Work with business stakeholders to identify source-to-target mapping requirements
• Plan and execute mock migrations, dress rehearsals, and production data loads

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Minimum of 8+ years of SAP solution architect experience
• Strong experience in SAP Basis administration for SAP S/4HANA
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA database administration and performance management
• Experience with SAP BTP services including Integration Suite, Cloud Connector, HANA Cloud, IAS, and IPS
• Experience in SAP data migration projects using SAP Migration Cockpit and related ETL tools
• Knowledge of SAP landscape design, transport management, and environment governance
• Understanding of SAP security, authentication, and authorization concepts
• Experience supporting SAP integrations with cloud and non-SAP applications
• Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs
• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
