Job summary

ABeam Consulting seeks a skilled SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant to design, configure, and deploy Performance Management and Goals Management across industries. You will implement end-to-end PMGM solutions for clients, working closely with stakeholders to translate business goals into system configurations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on PMGM experience, SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification, and a proven track record in multiple full-cycle implementations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementations.
• Must be certified in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (latest release preferred).
• Experience in two full PMGM implementations and strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PMGM implementations and support.
• Translate client goals into SAP configurations per best practices.
• Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap analyses, and document specs.
• Configure performance forms, goal plans, and calibration templates.
• Perform unit, integration testing, UAT, and data migration activities.
• Train users and provide post-go-live support and optimization.
• Ensure alignment with related modules (EC, Learning, Succession).

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in implementing and supporting Performance Management and Goals Management modules. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with a problem‑solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and deploying the PMGM module for both new and existing clients across industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations and support for SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) modules.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and translate them into system configurations aligned with SAP best practices.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and document functional specifications.
• Configure performance forms, goal plans, route maps, calibration templates, and continuous performance management features.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and ensure successful data migration and go‑live.
• Train business users and provide post‑go‑live support and optimization.
• Ensure alignment with Employee Central and other integrated modules (e.g., Learning, Compensation, Succession).
• Stay current with SAP product updates and recommend improvements or innovations.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementation and support.
• Must be certified in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (latest release preferred).
• Strong understanding of performance form templates, goal alignment, calibration, and continuous performance management.
• Experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations of PMGM.
• Good knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SuccessFactors integration touchpoints.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure, resolve issues proactively, and deliver on time.
• Team-oriented, positive attitude, and ready to adapt in dynamic environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related fields.
• Exposure to other SAP SuccessFactors modules like EC, Learning, or Succession is an advantage.
• Experience working with regional or global implementations and familiarity with BTP extensions or advanced analytics is a plus.
