Job summary

AVYAN Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors implementations and AMS engagements for clients in Singapore and across the region.

You’ll be the operational anchor, safeguarding scope, timeline, budget, and client relationships while coordinating functional consultants across Singapore, Manila, and India. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of PM or PM coordination in HR tech, SaaS, or IT consulting.
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or a comparable HCM platform.
• Solid grasp of planning, risk management, stakeholder comms, and governance.
• Strong client-facing communication; able to run meetings and produce clear status reports.
• Comfort coordinating multiple concurrent projects across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of SuccessFactors projects and AMS engagements.
• Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance materials.
• Coordinate cross-border delivery teams across Singapore, Manila, and India.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact; manage expectations, escalations, and change requests.
• Drive iteration cycles, UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness with module leads.
• Support the practice with delivery documentation and continuous improvement of our delivery methodology.
