Job summary

Revvity is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist in Singapore to manage goods movements from receiving to shipping, ensuring data integrity in SAP, TMS and PPS systems. You will coordinate with packing teams and freight forwarders to guarantee timely pick-up, packing, and release of export shipments.

Responsibilities include booking exports, generating shipment reports, maintaining accurate Packing Lists and invoices, and coordinating with internal departments.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP, TMS or PPS within logistics shipping

Responsibilities

• Perform post goods received/ issued/ cancellation into SAP and TMS/PPS system.
• Ensure stock and data integrity.
• Ensure export shipment are picked, packed and released promptly.
• Responsible for shipment system closing and generation of shipment reports.
• Coordinate with packing teams for export shipment preparation.
• Coordinate with carrier/ freight forwarder/ 3rd party service provider for material transfer, timely pick-up and delivery.
• Perform export booking and process documentation (Packing List, Invoice and certificate of origin), as well as co-ordinate with various internal departments on shipping activities.
• Sourcing of freight forwarding service provider / alternative flight.
• Report on any non-compliant process activity.
• Assist in the implementation of shipping improvement projects.
• Provide appropriate training to personnel and ensure that the team members can carry out their functions in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, software system included.
• Attend to shipment discrepancy (Verification, Investigation and claims as appropriate).
• Document filling and POD for origin terms.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
