Job summary

YSQ International is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Finance consultant to support implementation and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA Finance. You will diagnose current ERP setup, map requirements, and collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to translate business needs into SAP solutions.

You will lead end-to-end configuration, testing, training, and stakeholder communications, ensuring data integrity and security while driving process improvements across finance and MM modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, finance, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or SAP FICO Consultant.
• At least 2 years experience in Material Management Module.
• End-to-end system implementation experience.
• Expertise and hands-on system configuration, testing, user support, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recommend changes based on evaluations and input from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Work with finance and technical teams through the SAP implementation cycle.
• Conduct thorough training for end-users on newly implemented processes or solutions.
• Facilitate regular meetings with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to track progress.
• Streamline business processes using SAP S/4HANA Finance to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform routine diagnosis, troubleshooting, resolution, and testing on SAP S/4HANA system.
• Ensure adherence to best practices for system security and promote data integrity.
