Job summary

YSQ International Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA Finance/FICO consultant to support the implementation and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA. You will map requirements, collaborate with finance and operations, and coordinate with external consultants and technical teams to assess impacts on workflows, data, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA Finance or FICO experience, plus 2+ years in Material Management, and hands-on end-to-end implementation exposure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or SAP FICO Consultant
• At least 2 years experience in Material Management Module
• End-to-end SAP implementation experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Recommend changes based on evaluations and stakeholder input
• Translate business requirements into best-fit SAP solutions
• Work with finance and technical teams through the SAP implementation cycle
• Conduct thorough training for end-users on new processes or solutions
• Facilitate regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders to track progress
• Streamline business processes using SAP S/4HANA Finance to enhance efficiency
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and test SAP S/4HANA system
• Ensure adherence to best practices for system security and data integrity
