Job summary

DNA INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Lead SAP Tester to steer testing activities for SAP MM and SAP Retail modules. You will design test plans, manage KPIs, mentor teams, and collaborate with BAs, ABAP developers and analysts to ensure high-quality software deliveries and continuous process improvement.

Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills are essential to effectively communicate testing outcomes and drive quality across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive software testing plans and strategies for SAP MM and Retail modules to ensure quality delivery
• Apply expertise in SAP MM and SAP Retail business process flows to develop end-to-end testing
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, ABAP developers, and Functional Analysts to align testing objectives with business requirements
• Manage and maintain testing KPIs to track testing performance and quality
• Lead, train, and mentor testing resources on best practices, methodologies, and defect life cycle management
• Oversee effort tracking for all testing tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion
• Execute test planning, test execution, quality assurance, and defect management to verify development tasks meet quality standards
• Continuously improve testing and validation processes to enhance team motivation and effectiveness
• Collaborate with automation teams by sharing functional knowledge, supporting script development, and remediation efforts
• Prepare detailed test reports to communicate testing outcomes and progress
• Utilize test management tools to organize and monitor testing activities
• Apply knowledge of SDLC and testing life cycle methodologies to optimize testing processes
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills to document and present testing results clearly
