Job summary

SILVERLINK TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks a Lead SAP Retail MM tester to design and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QA excellence and continuous improvement of testing processes.

You will lead SAP MM and SAP Retail testing efforts, coordinate with ABAP developers, BAs, and functional analysts, manage testing KPIs, mentor testers, and produce clear test reports using established test management tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP testing and quality assurance
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience with SAP S4 is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP Retail MM test plans and strategies
• Validate end-to-end SAP MM and SAP Retail business processes
• Coordinate with BAs, ABAP developers, and functional analysts
• Manage testing KPIs to monitor progress and quality
• Lead and mentor testing resources on best practices and defect life cycle
• Ensure tasks meet quality standards through planning, execution, and defect management
• Improve testing and validation processes to boost performance
• Collaborate with automation teams for knowledge sharing and remediation
• Prepare and present clear test reports and documentation

Job Summary

Lead SAP Retail MM testing activities by designing and implementing comprehensive test plans and strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement of testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software testing plans and strategies for SAP Retail MM projects
• Apply expertise in SAP MM and SAP Retail functional business processes to validate end-to-end business process flows
• Coordinate effectively with Business Analysts, ABAP developers, and Functional Analysts to align testing efforts with business requirements
• Manage and maintain testing KPIs to monitor testing progress and quality
• Lead, train, and mentor testing resources on best practices, methodologies, and defect life cycle management
• Ensure development tasks meet quality standards through rigorous test planning, execution, and defect management
• Continuously improve testing and validation processes to enhance team performance and product quality
• Collaborate with automation teams to share functional knowledge, support script development, and remediation efforts
• Prepare and present clear, comprehensive test reports and documentation
• Utilize test management tools to organize and track testing activities
• Understand and apply different Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Testing Life Cycle methodologies
