Job summary

Vanguard Business Solutions & Consulting is seeking a full-time SAP MM Supply Chain Consultant to join our on-site team in Singapore. You will configure SAP MM modules, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of software solutions.

You will lead fit-to-standard workshops, provide user trainings, and deliver dashboards and insights for stakeholders, leveraging 5+ years of SAP MM hands-on experience and knowledge of S/4HANA architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP MM hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and solution landscape.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and project delivery.
• Familiarity with Finance (FI) or Sales and Distribution (SD) processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP MM modules including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Material Master, MRP, and Logistics Invoice Verification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP MM with other key business processes.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Provide project plans and direct all project-related activities.
• Configure and deliver reports, dashboards, and supply chain insights for stakeholders.
• Lead fit-to-standard workshops and gather customer business processes and recommendations.
• Provide key users and end-user trainings and support for MM modules.
• Ensure timely delivery of software solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an SAP MM Supply Chain Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP MM modules including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Warehouse
• Management, Material Master, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Logistics
• Invoice Verification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP MM with other key business
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables per client’s need.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Provide project plan and direct all project-related activities.
• Configure and deliver reports, dashboards, and supply chain insights for stakeholders.
• Analyze business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and
• provide client recommendations.
• Lead and conduct fit to standard workshop to gather customer's business processes and
• provide matching and recommendations to customer.
• Provide key users and end-user trainings and support for related MM modules.
• Provides leadership and direction to team members working on a specific application.
• Provides technical expertise for the application and is versed in the application’s functions
• and interfaces.
• Ensure the timely delivery of software solutions.

Qualifications

• Polytechnic with industry experience, Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field in Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Minimum of 5 years of SAP MM hands-on experience. Public Cloud experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge SAP S4HANA architecture and solution landscape.
• Knowledge of Finance (FI) or Sales and Distribution (SD) processes is an advantage.
• A sound working knowledge of international standards of best practice in the context of business process workflow.
• Project management tools and methodologies will be added value.
