Job summary

Hics Technologies in Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant to manage procurement, inventory, materials and vendor management using SAP. You will configure and support SAP MM modules, handle P2P processes, maintain master data, and coordinate with FI, SD, PP, and WM/EWM teams for integration, while training users and preparing user guides.

The role requires problem-solving, strong communication, and stakeholder-management skills to translate business needs

Qualifications

• Experience configuring SAP MM modules.
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Knowledge of SAP integration with FI, SD, PP, WM/EWM.

SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant is responsible for managing and supporting processes related to purchasing, inventory, materials, and vendor management using SAP.

Typical responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP MM modules.
• Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Handle purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices.
• Maintain material and vendor/master data.
• Configure purchasing, inventory management, and account determination.
• Work with business users to understand requirements and improve processes.
• Troubleshoot SAP MM issues and provide user support.
• Prepare functional specifications and documentation.
• Coordinate with FI, SD, PP, and WM/EWM teams for integration.
• Support SAP testing, upgrades, implementations, and system changes.
• Train users and prepare user guides where required.
