Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) is seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Manager with hands-on SAP experience to manage and support our SAP Logistics landscape. The role focuses on ensuring timely resolution of production issues, driving service quality, managing external contracts, and collaborating with business teams on enhancements.

The candidate will lead functional activities across SAP Logistics, GTS, and related modules, coordinating with ABAP developers and integration teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Good years of SAP functional experience with SAP S/4HANA, with significant experience in SAP Logistics.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Logistics processes across SD, MM, inventory, shipping, warehouse and transportation.
• Knowledge of SAP GTS and international trade/compliance processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP EWM and/or SAP TM.
• Experience supporting SAP in a production/application support environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership and support across the SAP Logistics and GTS landscape.
• Support SAP Logistics processes including SD, Inventory, Inbound/Outbound Logistics, Shipping and Transportation.
• Act as escalation point for complex functional and cross-system production issues.
• Coordinate root-cause analysis and drive permanent corrective actions.
• Oversee application support and incident management to meet SLAs.
