Job summary

AMTSOL is seeking an experienced IT SAP Business Analyst to support SAP process design and implementation across manufacturing and quality modules in a regulated environment. You will translate operational needs into SAP requirements and project deliverables.

You will collaborate with business functions, SAP teams, technology stakeholders, and partners to ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements to implementation and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, business systems, supply chain or related field.
• 5-8 years of business analysis experience in technology and transformation projects.
• Strong SAP implementation experience across PP, QM and SOTC modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.
• Experience in a regulated environment and with third-party partners.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and manage deliverables, risks, constraints independently.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand site processes and technology needs.
• Develop end-to-end process flows for the site by SAP module.
• Lead preparation of SAP module User Requirements Specifications.
• Facilitate business requirements, process-design, and workshops.
• Translate requirements into solution documentation and traceability artifacts.
• Prepare and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix and UAT scripts.
• Support fit-gap analyses and SAP integration discussions.
• Contribute to risk assessments and design specifications.
• Lead master-data preparation and data governance activities.
