Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end SAP data migration programs, ensuring data quality and governance across complex transformations. You will lead cross-functional teams, define migration strategy, and deliver trusted data for critical business outcomes.

You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, oversee extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading activities, and mentor project teams to achieve deadlines and quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP Data Migration, including tools, methodologies, and lifecycle execution.
• Strong expertise in data quality, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience leading teams and delivering in complex cross-functional environments.
• Understanding of data structures, data mapping, and transformation techniques.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and influence decisions across multiple levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP data migration activities, including strategy, planning, execution, and governance.
• Define and implement data migration frameworks, standards, and best practices to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align on data requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Oversee data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading processes.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, controls, and quality rules.
• Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on data management and migration best practices.
• Manage and mentor team members, ensuring effective delivery and performance.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, and implement solutions across multiple teams.
