Moët Hennessy Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is hiring an SAP Business One Lead to own the strategy, governance, delivery and ongoing evolution of the SAP Business One landscape within the SAP Delivery Center.

You will ensure SAP Business One supports business objectives with reliable, high-quality services across all entities using the platform. The role requires ownership of the domain, lifecycle management, continuous improvement, portfolio governance, and alignment with the company ERP strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP Business One.
• Strategic domain leadership for SAP Delivery Center.
• Strong governance, portfolio and service delivery experience.
• Stakeholder management across business units and partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain SAP Business One strategy and roadmap.
• Drive continuous evolution of the SAP Business One landscape to support growth and operational excellence.
• Oversee the project portfolio, prioritise based on value and capacity, and manage risks.
• Lead AMS operating model and service delivery with the partner.
• Govern relationships with implementation and AMS partners and ensure governance.

How you will contribute…

Overview The SAP Business One Lead is responsible for the strategy, governance, delivery and continuous evolution of the SAP Business One landscape within the Moët Hennessy SAP Delivery Center. The role ensures that SAP Business One solutions support business objectives while delivering reliable, high-quality services across all entities using the platform. As the owner of the SAP Business One domain, the Lead manages the application lifecycle, drives continuous improvement, oversees the project portfolio, governs Application Management Services (AMS), and develops the long-term roadmap aligned with the company's ERP strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Domain Strategy & Leadership

  Define and maintain the SAP Business One strategy and roadmap aligned with the SAP Delivery Center vision and Moët Hennessy's ERP strategy.

  Drive continuous evolution of the SAP Business One landscape to support business growth and operational excellence.

  Identify opportunities for process simplification, harmonization and standardization across Business One entities.

  Contribute to the overall SAP strategy and the evolution of the SAP Delivery Center operating model.

• Portfolio & Delivery Management

  Manage the SAP Business One project, enhancement and continuous improvement portfolio.

  Prioritize business demand according to business value, strategic priorities and resource capacity.

  Ensure successful project delivery within agreed scope, budget, timeline and quality objectives.

  Monitor portfolio performance and proactively manage risks, dependencies and delivery issues.

  Promote delivery excellence and continuous improvement across all SAP Business One initiatives.

• Application Management Services (AMS) & Service Delivery

  Lead the SAP Business One Application Management Services operating model in collaboration with the strategic AMS partner.

  Ensure high-quality support services while meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  Govern the relationship with the AMS partner through regular operational and service review meetings.

  Drive continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality and user satisfaction.

  Ensure effective incident, problem, change and release management processes.

  Promote seamless collaboration between Build and Run teams to ensure knowledge sharing and operational excellence.

• Vendor & Partner Management

  Manage relationships with strategic implementation and AMS partners.

  Monitor supplier performance and contractual commitments.

  Lead governance meetings and performance reviews.

  Identify opportunities to optimize delivery, quality and costs.

  Ensure compliance with SAP Delivery Center governance and delivery standards.

• Business Partnership

  Act as the primary IT partner for Business stakeholders using SAP Business One.

  Understand business priorities and translate them into technology roadmaps and delivery plans.

  Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across all Business One entities.

  Promote user satisfaction through proactive engagement and continuous improvement.

• SAP Delivery Center Collaboration

  Collaborate with SAP Domain Leads to ensure end-to-end process integration across SAP solutions.

  Contribute to the governance, standards and continuous improvement of the SAP Delivery Center.

  Promote knowledge sharing, standard methodologies and operational excellence.

  Support cross-functional initiatives and future ERP transformation programs.
