Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking an SAP Associate (EWM) to join a 24/7 support team focused on SAP EWM applications. You will provide incident resolution, user support, and continuous improvements across SAP logistics modules in a 5‑day rostered shift pattern in Singapore.

The role targets early-career SAP professionals with 1+ year in SAP support, willing to work mid or night shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Information Systems, or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in SAP application support, ERP support, or IT systems support; fresh graduates with SAP internship or project experience encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to warehouse management, logistics, manufacturing, retail, supply chain, or distribution operations is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a permanent shift schedule, including mid shift or night shift, weekends and public holidays based on operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support for SAP EWM, including incident resolution, service requests, and user support.
• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve application issues.
• Support SAP enhancements, testing, system changes, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional SAP teams to ensure stable and efficient warehouse operations.
• Participate in shift handovers, operational reporting, and adherence to established SLAs.

Job description

We are looking for an SAP Associate (EWM) to join our 24/7 SAP support team, providing application support, issue resolution, and continuous improvements for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. This role is ideal for early-career SAP professionals who are eager to build their expertise in SAP support operations and are open to working permanent shift schedules.

Work Schedule: This role supports a 24-hour operation. Candidates must be willing to work on a permanent shift schedule (Mid Shift or Night Shift) on a 5-day workweek (Monday to Sunday, based on roster), including weekends and public holidays as assigned. The first two months will be dedicated to daytime on-the-job training before deployment to the assigned operational shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support for SAP EWM, including incident resolution, service requests, and user support.
• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve application issues.
• Support SAP enhancements, testing, system changes, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional SAP teams to ensure stable and efficient warehouse operations.
• Participate in shift handovers, operational reporting, and adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs).

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Mandatory Skills

• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), SAP WM, or related SAP logistics modules (MM, SM, PM, etc.).
• Understanding of SAP support processes, incident management, troubleshooting, testing, and user support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a 24/7 support environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP SD, or other SAP Supply Chain modules.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, RF devices, barcode scanning, or logistics business processes.
