Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Functional Consultant/Manager to lead end-to-end SAP Ariba transformations across source-to-pay. You will drive requirements, design, and configurations while coordinating with business and technical teams to deliver value.

You will mentor junior consultants, support business development, and help shape procurement capability growth within Accenture. A strong background in Ariba modules and integration with ERP is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years SAP Ariba consulting experience for Consultant level; 10 years for Manager level.
• Hands-on experience implementing SAP Ariba modules including Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, Guided Buying, or Catalog Management.
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, accounts payable, and source-to-pay processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Ariba solutions across Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into SAP Ariba solutions.
• Drive workshops with stakeholders to define business processes, future-state operating models, and roadmaps.
• Provide expertise in SAP Ariba modules such as Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, Guided Buying, or Catalog Management.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design integrations between SAP Ariba and SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise systems.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, change management, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Contribute to business development including solutioning, proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership.
• Mentor junior consultants and support growth of SAP procurement capabilities.

About the Role

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and technology specialists to deliver end-to-end procurement and supply chain transformation initiatives that drive operational efficiency, compliance, and business value.

The successful candidate will lead functional design activities, provide strategic advisory support, and oversee SAP Ariba implementations while contributing to business development and capability growth within Accenture.

• Exposure to procurement digital transformation, operating model design, and process optimization initiatives.
• Experience in people leadership, coaching, and team management.
