Job summary

JASS TECH PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior SAP APO GATP Solution Architect to lead end-to-end GATP design, implementation and governance across SAP APO and integrated ERP/S/4HANA environments.

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior SAP APO GATP Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation and governance of end-to-end Global Available-to-Promise (GATP) solutions across SAP APO and integrated ERP/S/4HANA environments.

The role will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP ATP solutions supporting Order-to-Cash, supply chain and fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP APO GATP solution architecture for implementation, rollout and enhancement projects.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into conceptual and detailed GATP solution designs.
• Design and configure appropriate ATP strategies including:
• Product Availability Check (PAC)
• Product Allocation (PAL)
• Rules-Based ATP (RBA)
• Multi-Level ATP
• Capable-to-Promise (CTP)
• Substitution
• Location Determination
• Backorder Processing (BOP)
• Scheduling
• Analyse standard SAP ATP processing and determine when standard functionality or enhancements are required.
• Design scalable solutions for high-volume online ATP processing.
• Ensure GATP solutions align with Order-to-Cash, supply chain and overall enterprise architecture.
• Identify and evaluate appropriate SAP enhancement technologies, including BAdIs, Enhancement Spots, Customer/User Exits, Enhancement Implementations, Function Modules and Classes/Methods.
• Design custom ATP logic where required while maintaining SAP upgrade compatibility.
• Provide technical guidance to ABAP developers and review technical specifications.
• Review custom developments for performance, scalability and maintainability.
• Minimise SAP standard modifications and promote upgrade-compatible enhancement approaches.
• Participate in solution reviews, technical governance and implementation oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant SAP experience, with strong hands-on experience in SAP APO and GATP.
• Strong experience in SAP APO Global Available-to-Promise (GATP) solution architecture.
• Experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Strong understanding of ATP, Order-to-Cash and supply-chain fulfillment processes.
• Experience designing complex ATP solutions involving PAC, PAL, RBA, CTP, BOP, substitution and scheduling.
• Strong understanding of SAP enhancement frameworks and integration points.
• Ability to review ABAP technical designs and guide developers.
• Experience in solution design, business requirement analysis and technical governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale SAP APO implementations or global rollouts.
• Experience handling high-volume ATP transactions.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA ATP capabilities and integration.
• Experience with performance optimisation and upgrade-compatible SAP development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
