Job summary

Capgemini Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a senior SAP Analytics specialist to lead end-to-end SAC planning implementations and guide scalable analytics across Finance, HR, Sales, and Supply Chain.

You will mentor teams, engage clients, and shape SAP Analytics strategy, leveraging SAP Datasphere, Tableau, Power BI, and ML tools to deliver value. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years of experience in IT business transformations, including SAP analytics and cloud solutions.
• Proven track record of leading 3+ end-to-end SAC planning implementations with S/4HANA.
• Experience in financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) planning implementations across multiple domains.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance analytics architectures with focus on data footprint, flexibility, and user experience.
• Provide thought leadership in SAP Analytics, including strategy development and roadmap definition.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and harness key business KPIs across processes.
