Job summary

Capgemini Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a senior data architecture lead to shape and deliver scalable data solutions across client landscapes. You will define architecture strategies, drive governance, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement modern data platforms.

In this role you will mentor teams, collaborate with sales on proposals, and ensure regulatory compliance while exploring new technologies to improve automation, scalability, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Understand client landscapes, capabilities, and requirements to design scalable, high-performance data solutions.
• Build data pipelines for ingestion, storage, processing, and publishing of data.
• Design and implement data architecture models, including data warehouses, integration models, and business information models.
• Develop enterprise data strategies, roadmaps, and transformation plans.
• Provide strategic guidance and detailed implementation plans for data solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and develop data solutions per architecture standards.
• Act as primary point of contact for architecture design and development queries.
• Identify and adopt new technologies and methodologies to enhance automation, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with sales teams to design solution architectures for proposals.
• Participate in client meetings to address technical and strategic concerns.
• Define and implement data governance frameworks, including assessments, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and analytical reporting requirements.
