Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an accounting professional in Singapore to prepare accurate financial reporting, manage cash and staff reimbursements, and support month-end closings. The role requires attention to detail and timely delivery of financial information.

Experience with SAP and a Diploma in Accounting are preferred, with at least two years in accounting. The successful candidate will handle AP/AR, asset records, and other accounting tasks, working in a fast-paced environment with strict reporting

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of SAP Accounting.
• Ability to handle accounting tasks accurately and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile accurate accounting reports.
• Manage petty cash and bank deposits.
• Process staff reimbursement claims.
• Perform month-end account closing activities.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and fixed asset records.
• Complete other accounting-related duties as assigned.
