Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce Flavour Samples while following strict Safety and Quality Protocols.
• Carry out daily activities including weighing scale verification, flavors compounding, and packing.
• Assist in investigations of process and quality deviations.

As a Sample Lab Compounder, you will produce Flavour Samples while following strict Safety and Quality Protocols of the site.

How You Will Contribute

• Perform Flavors Sample Lab daily activities mainly composed of weighing scale verification, flavors compounding, packing, bottling, Marco System operation and SAP PR1 System Works
• Assist in investigations of process and quality deviations.
• Perform all activities with strict adherence to Environment, Health and Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice requirements.
• Ensure all activities are done right first time to reduce rework/wastages.
• Ensure proper housekeeping is carried out to ensure workplace is always clean and tidy.
• Perform ad‑hoc activities such as cycle count, Raw Material transfer and SAP System works as directed by Senior Compounders and/or Supervisor.
• Work in a team to identify opportunities and implement solutions and ideas for improvements on productivity, efficiency, and quality.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• Minimum GCE "O" Level or equivalent
• Willing to work in rotating shifts
• Able to read and communicate in English
• Able to withstand working in an environment with strong flavor smell/odor (such as seafood, meat, garlic/onions, durian, coffee etc).
• Meticulous with an eye for accuracy
• Quick learner has positive attitude and works well with a team.
• Computer literacy in MS Office will be an added advantage
• Able to work Overtime whenever necessary
