Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a meticulous sample handling assistant to receive and process irreplaceable clinical trial specimens, open inbound shipments, and ensure accurate scanning into the database.

You will maintain temperature controls, resolve misrouted shipments, perform QC on discarded material, and support management with timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree with relevant experience in handling clinical specimens.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with strict handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process irreplaceable clinical trial specimens.
• Receive shipments from couriers and perform related tasks.
• Resolve misrouted shipments and open/clean inbound shipments.
• Ensure QC of discarded material and report to management as needed.
• Maintain temperature of specimens in received condition.
• Scan shipments into the database.

• To be accountable for the receipt and the processing of irreplaceable clinical trial specimens.
• To perform a variety of tasks depending on the specific Sample
• To receive shipments for the departments from the different couriers and perform all related tasks.
• To resolve misrouted shipments
• To open and clean inbound shipments.
• To ensure QC of the discarded material to prevent any failures and report to management as needed.
• To Maintain temperature of specimen in received condition.
• To Scan shipments into the database.
