KARVA INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking a customer-focused salon front desk staff in Singapore to support daily operations and deliver excellent service. This maternity cover role requires weekend and public holiday availability and the ability to manage bookings, inquiries, and product promotions.

The role involves roster coordination, inventory checks, POS procedures, and maintaining a clean, well-organized salon environment while assisting with cross-service bookings and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily salon operations.
• Support staff rostering, leave arrangements and staff movement when required.
• Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling and daily appointment confirmations.
• Attend to customer enquiries and manage customer expectations professionally.
• Promote salon services and products and encourage customers to pre-book future appointments.
• Recommend suitable services and assist with cross-service bookings.
• Keep team members updated on daily schedules and any appointment changes.
• Attend to customer feedback and complaints professionally and upscale when necessary.
• Support service staff and daily salon operations when required.
• Ensure accuracy in daily POS opening and closing procedures.
• Support inventory management and ensure proper records and paperwork are maintained.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the salon.
• Ensure salon and hair equipment are properly maintained.
• Perform other duties within the salon's scope of work as assigned.
