Job summary

LUXASIA in Singapore seeks a proactive sales professional to drive salon sales growth through new account acquisition and strategic account management. You will execute commercial plans, build strong salon partnerships and maximise revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities include expanding distribution, negotiating salon agreements, coordinating with marketing for campaigns, and conducting monthly business reviews with partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in salon or professional beauty/haircare channel preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Independent yet collaborative, results-driven with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Drive salon channel expansion and achieve annual distribution growth targets.
• Identify, prospect and acquire new high-potential salon partners.
• Manage and grow existing salon accounts to achieve sales, market share, and profitability objectives.
• Conduct regular salon visits to review business performance and opportunities.
• Negotiate and administer salon agreements and terms.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions with Salon partners.
• Collaborate with Education and Marketing teams to deliver training and events.
• Provide monthly business reviews and share market insights.
