Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in salon/beauty/wellness.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team to meet objectives.
• Strong sales mindset with proven target achievement.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving for customer and operational issues.
• Well-organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic admin skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Customer-oriented with passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the salon branch to ensure smooth performance.
