Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in a Supervisory/Managerial role in a beauty/salon setting.
• Strong interest in beauty grooming (hair, beauty, slimming).
• Experience leading teams and delivering training and development.
• Ability to implement marketing strategies to attract clients and grow revenue.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day salon operations including scheduling, inventory, and staff supervision.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction by refining outlet procedures.
• Provide leadership, training, and development for the beauty therapy team.
