Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a product-minded professional to lead Salesforce onboarding initiatives and drive enterprise-scale solutions across agencies and channels.

You will gather requirements, manage backlogs, coordinate with engineering, and ensure readiness for UAT, training, and go-live while aligning with product roadmaps and stakeholder expectations.

Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to translate operational needs into scalable, value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, business analysis or enterprise app delivery.
• Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories and managing backlogs with Agile teams.
• Experience coordinating system implementations, onboarding, UAT and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate operational needs into scalable, practical solutions.
• Experience with enterprise-wide system rollouts across multiple units is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or contact centre platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive onboarding of agency mailboxes and hotlines onto Salesforce, including schedules and readiness activities.
• Engage stakeholders to understand requirements and identify configurations or enhancements.
• Align onboarding requirements with product roadmaps with Product Managers.
• Identify opportunities to standardise processes and improve scalability of Salesforce across agencies.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for Salesforce enhancements.
• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog with owners and stakeholders, considering value and feasibility.
• Work with engineering to refine requirements and track progress.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on UAT, training, readiness and go-live activities for new onboardings.
• Review user feedback and product performance to identify improvements and enhancements.
• Support roadmaps, release plans and adoption strategies to drive Salesforce improvements.
