Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

This remote contractor role requires evaluating real-world SaaS operations, resolving data inconsistencies, and helping AI systems understand complex workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
