Job summary

Maestro Human Resource Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer II to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions in a dynamic Singapore environment.

You will leverage Apex and Lightning Web Components, while integrating with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation initiatives, ensuring secure data models and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience designing and executing SOQL/SOSL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Ability to build and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation tools.
• Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud features.
• Integration experience using REST and SOAP APIs, plus middleware like MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of security models: roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence and DevOps practices (Git/GitLab, CI/CD).
• Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer II is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components to meet business requirements
• Design and execute SOQL/SOSL queries to retrieve and manipulate Salesforce data efficiently
• Build and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation tools to streamline business processes
• Implement and manage Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud features to enhance customer engagement
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and established integration patterns
• Model Salesforce data structures and enforce security models including roles, profiles, permission sets, and public groups
• Create and maintain validation rules and automation capabilities to ensure data integrity and process compliance
• Apply Agile methodologies using tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage development cycles and collaboration

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with Omnistudio or Salesforce Public Sector Solutions to extend platform capabilities
• Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms for seamless data exchange
• Exposure to enterprise case management systems or participation in large-scale digital transformation projects
• Familiarity with AI-related Salesforce capabilities such as Agentforce to enhance automation and intelligence
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification demonstrating advanced development skills
• Demonstrated ownership, teamwork, and a continuous learning mindset to drive personal and team growth

Other Information

Work schedule: 5-day week at AMK area.
