Join Capgemini as a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions while collaborating with stakeholders in a dynamic team environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle from planning to deployment and support.
• Track progress, flag risks, and communicate within the project team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to gather and document business requirements.
• Write user stories and design process flows to illustrate solutions.
• Work with senior consultants to define functional and technical specifications.
• Create, update, and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Configure and develop Salesforce functionalities and custom UI based on specifications.
• Commit configurations and developments to the deployment pipeline following review processes.
• Create test scripts, conduct functional testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop role-based training materials and facilitate training sessions.
• Assist with data migration templates, review data mappings, and perform data loading or patches as needed.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
