Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, implement and document robust solutions on the Salesforce platform, blending declarative config with code.

You will lead technical aspects of projects, integrate with APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM experiences for our institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field preferred.
• 3+ years Salesforce development experience; Salesforce Developer certification preferred.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and API.
• Experience with Visualforce and Apex classes/triggers.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on technical implementation for Salesforce solutions.
• Lead design, implementation, deployment and documentation of projects.
• Act as SME for solution architecture including configuration and customization.
• Lead Salesforce projects and collaborate with CRM and Back-End teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on technical implementation, with a focus on delivering functional solutions on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Take a lead role in the design, implementation, deployment and documentation of projects that leverage the Salesforce.com toolset.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for solution architecture that will include configuration, development, integration and customization of complex environments.
• Serve as technical lead for Salesforce projects.
• Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with our Digital Center of Excellence, CRM and Back‑End Development teams to create cutting‑edge experiences for our institutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration (develop code, custom objects, LWC, Visual Force pages, Apex, reports, workflows and assignment rules).
• Design and develop solutions primarily on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming language, Visual Force, Lightning Web Components.
• Create and maintain lighting community templates, lightning web components and flows.
• Develop software solutions using Salesforce.com API framework, and 3rd party APIs.
• Perform unit testing and defect fixes.
• Liaise with internal clients and users to understand their business needs in developing solutions through Salesforce.
• Juggle multiple projects involving various end users, meet deadlines and proactively communicate status updates.
• Demonstrate calm under pressure and be a proactive contributor with an eagerness to learn.
• Ad hoc analysis and projects as needed
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field is preferred.
• 3+ years previous development experience with Salesforce (Certified Salesforce Developer preferred).
• Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce architecture and API.
• Detailed experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers.
• Demonstrative success with multiple Salesforce migration/integration projects.
• Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering.
