Job summary

Virtusa is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our client project in the public sector in Singapore. You will contribute to Service Cloud / PSS implementations, leveraging OmniStudio, Apex, SOQL and LWC to deliver scalable solutions.

This on-site role includes a relocation package, buddy support during your stay in Singapore, and a fully on-site working arrangement with our client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud / PSS.
• Strong expertise in OmniStudio, Apex, SOQL, LWC, Platform API.
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio Developer, Service Cloud Consultant.
• Communicative English.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce, specifically in Service Cloud / PSS implementations.
• Strong expertise in: Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, OmniScripts), Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Platform API development and integration
• Salesforce certifications such as: Platform Developer I / II, OmniStudio Developer, Service Cloud Consultant
• Communicative English
