Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven Sales/Customer Service professional to engage with prospective clients. You will follow up on leads, schedule consultations, and ensure prompt responses while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Work from a hybrid setup with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, a five-day week (Sun-Thu), and a competitive, commission-based compensation. Ongoing training and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage follow-ups.
• Enjoys speaking with people and building relationships.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, telemarketing, sales, or fitness is an advantage.
• Candidates with limited experience will also be considered.

• Contact prospective clients who have expressed interest in our services
• Follow up with leads and schedule consultation appointments
• Respond promptly to enquiries and maintain regular follow‑up with prospective clients
