Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD invites applications for a Business Development Support role in Singapore. The candidate will research potential customers across key industries, maintain a pipeline, and conduct outreach to set appointments.

You will also support in market intelligence, prepare meeting materials, and assist the Sales & Client Management team with administrative tasks. Diploma holders with good communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Organized and able to manage administrative tasks accurately.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and capable of supporting diverse tasks.
• Prior administrative, sales support, or customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Research potential customers across key industries such as Retail, E-commerce, Healthcare, and FMCG.
• Identify and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and conduct outreach.
• Coordinate customer meetings and maintain records.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity trackers.
