Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Sales Order Clerk to support order processing and customer communications in Yishun Industrial Park. The role includes handling sales orders, quotations, and documentation with a focus on accuracy and timely follow-up.

The ideal candidate is entry level, proficient in Excel, and can coordinate with procurement and logistics. On-site work with basic AWS/bonus considerations are included.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.

• Process customer sales orders and quotations accurately.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Update customers on order status, delivery schedules and stock availability.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide basic product information and support.
• Maintain accurate sales records, documentation and system updates.
• Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and coordinate daily sales activities.
• Ensure orders and sales documentation follow company procedures.

Job description

Location: Yishun Industrial Park

Basic Salary: Up to S$3,200 + AWS + Bonus

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
