Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to build strong relationships with assigned accounts, understand operation needs, and provide regular performance updates to management. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and internal teams to address customer requirements and process orders accurately.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, generating performance reports, and supporting merchandising at retail outlets as needed.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or similar with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong coordination with sales, operations and customer service teams.
• Proactive in preparing reports and maintaining accurate records.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain close working relationships with assigned accounts to understand operation and business needs.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports on key account activities and sales performance to the Sales Manager and management team.
• Work closely with the Sales Team, support Key Accounts and internal stakeholders to address customer needs effectively.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve operation customer issues.
• Update customer records, document sales interactions and generate reports on sales performance and metrics.
• Provide basic sales support administration, including processing sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Consolidate sales figures and prepare sales summaries or reports for review by the Sales Team and management.
• Calculate promoters' commissions based on applicable sales performance and commission guidelines.
• Carry out merchandising activities at retail outlets when required, including maintaining product displays and ensuring proper product presentation.
• Visit or liaise with retailers to take sales orders and ensure orders are accurately recorded and submitted for processing
