NTT DATA is seeking a Sales Specialist (Staff Augmentation) in Singapore. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, selling staff augmentation and contract hiring solutions, and collaborating with delivery and recruitment teams to scale revenue.

The role requires a hands-on, hunter-style approach with 3–6 years in B2B sales, preferably in IT staffing or professional services. You will build a strong pipeline, negotiate effectively, and drive new logo acquisition.

Your day at NTT DATA

As a Sales Specialist (Staff Augmentation), you are required to drive new logo acquisition and new business growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on, hunter-style sales professional with experience selling IT / tech staffing or professional services in a small to mid-sized agency environment. You will operate as a GM-style individual contributor, owning the full sales cycle – from prospecting to deal closure – while working closely with delivery and recruitment teams to scale revenue through staff augmentation and contract hiring models.

• 3-6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in:
• Staff augmentation / IT staffing
• Recruitment agency sales
• Professional services or contract workforce solutionsProven success in new business development / hunter roles
• Experience working in small agencies or lean sales environments preferred
• Strong understanding of contract staffing, payroll models, and margins
• Comfortable working independently with ownership and accountability
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
