Job summary

Green Harvest Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a sales promoter to represent the brand at assigned retail outlets, promote and explain products, and conduct safe product sampling while maintaining shelf presentation and stock availability. You will convert customer engagement into sales, provide simple reports, and coordinate with supermarket staff.

The role requires friendly, knowledgeable service, hygiene, and compliance with SOPs; availability on Fridays to Sundays or Saturdays to Mondays, 9 days

Qualifications

• Experience as sales promoter is advantageous.
• Able to communicate in simple languages.
• Maintain proper personal hygiene and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explain product differences, preparation methods, storage and approved product benefits.
• Demonstrate products and encourage customers to purchase.
• Communicate approved promotions and prices accurately.
• Collect customer feedback and recurring questions.
• Wet sampling and food safety.
• Set up and dismantle the sampling station.
• Wash, cut, prepare and serve samples according to Green Harvest’s sampling SOP.
• Maintain proper personal hygiene and cleanliness of utensils and equipment.
• Use gloves and other protective equipment as required.
• Keep the sampling area clean and organized.
• Check shelf stock, prices, promotional signage and product condition.
• Replenish products from the designated holding area with outlet approval.
• Face products neatly and maintain Green Harvest’s display standards.
• Rotate stock according to the approved stock-rotation procedure.
• Identify and report damaged, wilted, expired or incorrectly priced products.
• Report low stock and out-of-stock situations promptly.
• Coordinate professionally with supermarket staff.
• Submit opening and closing shelf photographs.
• Report simple count of samples distributed.
• Summarize simple report with photos at end of day.
• Report punctually and in the prescribed uniform (if any).
• Maintain suitable grooming and hygiene.
• Follow Green Harvest and supermarket rules.
• Use mobile phones only for authorized reporting or emergencies during working time.
• Protect company and sales information.
• Must be able to commit : Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays or Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays, 8 hours per day, at least 9 days per month.
