Job summary

Allpress Espresso in Singapore is looking for a Sales and Operations Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead our sales and day-to-day operations, reporting to the General Manager Asia. You will guide six direct reports and collaborate with regional and global teams to grow the business and deliver a premium customer experience.

You will drive sales strategy, forecasting, stock control, and account planning while strengthening relationships with existing customers.

• Experience forecasting and creating account plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business and customer base in Singapore.
• Identify new business opportunities by understanding market trends and customer needs.
• Monitor sales performance with accurate forecasts and account plans.
• Manage sales priorities across new business development, inbound inquiries and existing accounts.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach and develop the Singapore team and manage performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including stock control and supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with regional/global leaders to deliver the wider business strategy.
• Ensure sales and operations reflect the Allpress brand and premium customer experience.
• Support a safe workplace and lead wellbeing initiatives.
