Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support a client by handling enquiries, processing sales orders and coordinating with operations and logistics to ensure timely deliveries. You will liaise with customers on forecasts, delivery schedules, and precious metal hedging orders, and collaborate with Finance to ensure timely payment collection and regulatory compliance.

Minimum 2–3 years in sales coordination or customer service is required; proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and SAP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and process sales orders, coordinating with operations and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Liaise directly with customers on order forecasts, delivery schedules, and precious metal hedging orders.
• Work closely with the Finance team to ensure timely payment collection.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on customer compliance requirements and due diligence documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GST, import/export regulations, and relevant licensing requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates of customer and order information in the system.
• Perform other administrative and sales support duties as assigned.
