Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales & Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new clients in target industries (e.g., aerospace, medical, automotive, industrial equipment).
    • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for precision engineering services (CNC machining, fabrication, tooling).
    • Develop strategic account plans for key customers.
  2. Technical Sales Support
    • Prepare detailed quotations (materials, tolerances, lead times).
    • Liaise with engineering teams to assess manufacturing feasibility.
    • Conduct customer site visits to understand technical requirements.
  3. Customer Relationship Management
    • Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and orders.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
    • Resolve quality/delivery issues with internal teams.
  4. Market Intelligence
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Provide feedback on customer needs to R&D/production.
    • Identify opportunities for new services/products.
  5. Sales Operations
    • Maintain CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot).
    • Generate sales reports (pipeline, conversion rates).
    • Coordinate with logistics for on-time delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Business/Marketing.
