You will identify new customers, conduct site visits, prepare quotations and proposals, maintain the website and marketing materials, and monitor market trends. Transport is provided to/from Joo Koon MRT.

The role offers a monthly salary of SGD 3,500–4,000, with standard working hours and transport support.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing with daily sales and marketing activities.
• Identify new customers, projects and business opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits, site surveys, prepare quotations, proposals and contracts.
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on enquiries and negotiations.
• Coordinate with Operations on project execution and customer requirements.
• Support progress claims, invoices and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain company website and marketing materials and support marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and prepare monthly sales/marketing reports.
• Use ERP system and ensure compliance with company, government and ISO requirements.
